Our Service provides transcription and AI-powered analysis of video content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription ("Premium Plans"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees. All fees are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel them before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.

All content, branding, and technology on the Service, excluding user-provided content (such as video transcripts), are the exclusive property of Transcript.you and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the transcripts or AI-generated content will be error-free or complete. You use the Service at your own risk.

In no event shall Transcript.you, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
